With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, O’Shane Ellis is a seasoned professional whose journey started as an Entertainment Coordinator at Hedonism 3. Over the years, he has advanced through various roles in sales and management at renowned institutions, including Beaches Ocho Rios, Sandals Resorts, Spanish Court Hotel, Ribbiz Ultra Lounge, Margaritaville Caribbean, Rick’s Cafe, and Appleton Estate Rum Tour.
O’Shane’s career path is marked by key leadership roles such as Recreations and Activities Manager at Sandals Ocho Rios, Restaurant Manager at Spanish Court Hotel, and Assistant General Manager at Ribbiz Ultra Lounge. His dynamic expertise extended further as he served as Group Entertainment and Events Manager at Margaritaville Caribbean Ltd., Operations Manager at Rick’s Cafe, and General Manager for Appleton Estate Rum Tour.
In 2011, O’Shane pursued his entrepreneurial vision by founding The Entity JA, a full-service events and entertainment solutions company. The Entity JA specializes in delivering unforgettable experiences through production, event logistics, talent management, and multimedia services, serving clients in Jamaica and across the Caribbean. With an experienced leadership team boasting over 20 years of collective expertise, the company has built a reputation for creating exceptional and innovative events for diverse clients in hospitality, corporate sectors, and private gatherings.
